At the Constitution Group, we understand that good corporate governance and transparency are essential to our ability to be a trusted member of society. We strongly believe there's no better pathway to success.
Your best interests are our responsibility. In order to create and sustain value for our clients and for society as a whole, we must first practice responsible business principles. And, we must take into account the public's interests and be held accountable to them. That is why we require Directors to consider the perspectives of clients and the public in the company's decisions regarding current and emerging political, social and public policy issues.
To ensure that every employee throughout our organization plays an active role in implementing our commitment to responsible business, we have developed an Employee Handbook outlining proper corporate behavior and respect for society as a whole. We review the handbook annually to make sure it meets or exceeds evolving societal expectations. In addition, every employee at every level of our organization is required to review and abide by its rules.
